We fell in love with this house the moment we walked into the large, bright space downstairs. We often have friends visit for a BBQ on the deck where we enjoy the sun until late as we are lucky to have the sun on us until it goes down. Our children love the local primary and secondary school, an easy stroll away. Their friends live closeby and I feel safe when they walk to school and to friends houses as we are a close community where everyone looks out for each other and the streets are so safe here with no through traffic through our roads. I feel they are safe when meeting their friends for a Costa or local bike ride as they will always bump into a family they know. At the bottom of our road is a family friendly cricket club where we walk to with other local families to enjoy a sunny afternoon on the green. Further along are the fields and rugby club with plenty of cycle and footpaths to explore.
